Of all the places I would love to infiltrate with the gospel, it is the Ankeny, Iowa Farmer’s Market. Located within walking distance of my home, it would be a great opportunity not only to share the gospel but also to be involved in the discipleship of someone who lives in my town.

One type of person I am looking to share the gospel with is the man who thinks he has everything he needs, so why does he need Jesus? You know the Laodicean man who says, ‘I have a nice house, good kids, a fast car, and a hot wife. What else could I possibly need or want that Jesus has?’
The truth is…Jesus is our everything, and I want to proclaim Him to those who think otherwise.
I am excited to finalize some dates for this endeavor! I envision bringing a flip chart and a stool, creating an inviting space for people to reflect on the concept of eternity, beyond the everyday worries of our world.
Some things you can pray for me in this pursuit:
- That I would be able to acquire a booth and table to give out tracts, books, and answer questions.
- I would acquire a flip chart as a visual aid.
- If the first and second thing doesn’t work out, that I could be able to set up something just outside of the market to share the gospel in a way that draws people in.
- More importantly, the Holy Spirit would give me the words to speak, help to convey the gospel, and open the eyes and ears of those who need Christ.
So, please check out the events page and stay tuned into where I will be at on specific days. So far I am planning on:
- June 13 (9am to 12pm)
- June 20 (9am to 12pm)
- July 2 (9am to 12pm)
- July 18 (4pm to 8pm)
- July 25 (9am to 12pm)
Feel free to come and join me. I will be concentrating on one-to-one conversational evangelism.

I am praying brother. Blessings from mighty King Jesus.
