“To those of you out there who just made that decision and took the first step toward a spiritual life, I say thank you and welcome. One day, I hope you look back and realize it was the most important decision of your life because it is. All of you…who are already believers, it is your job to shepherd these people. Don’t take that lightly. Water the seed of their faith. Protect it and help it grow.”
Erika Kirk: Charlie Kirk memorial, September 21, 2025
On September 21, 2025, from the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, a historic gathering took place to honor the life, legacy, and faith of a man who inspired a nation and a generation—Charlie Kirk. A brave Christian man who was tragically assassinated on a college campus in Utah, preaching the gospel and challenging youth to think and be discerning of the culture for themselves.
The Numbers of Viewers
The event itself was impressive and was one of the most attended; not only in person, but also those streaming online and watching on television.
- Over 95,000 in attendance at the stadium and overflow.
- TPUSA claimed over 100 million total streams across various platforms.
- Fox News reportedly accumulated about 2.2 million viewers.
- Compared to Superbowl LIX (Feb 2025) 127.7 million viewers in the US across television and streaming platforms.
Of course, it is difficult to really capture how many actually attended and watched the event online. Case in point, the video below had 287,163 views alone as of the writing of this article. But one must ask, this is impressive for any one person’s memorial service, whether government leader, king or pope.
The gospel, message, and several speakers
Some of the most best speaches and gospel presentations were of the following:
- Pastor Rob McCoy: Charlie and Erika Kirk’s pastor of Godspeak Calvary Chapel in Thousand Oak’s California. He officiated the Kirk’s wedding in 2021.
- Benny Johnson: Political commentator, content creator, and YouTuber. Close friend of Charlie Kirk’s and led Benny to the Lord. He talked about how the power of martyrdom brought revival throughout the ages, and is bringing revival now with Charlie’s assassination.
- Frank Turek: Charlie Kirk’s mentor and friend, Frank Turek, is a Christian apologist, author, and public speaker. He’s written several books, and the host of the Cross Examined with Frank Turek podcast. He talked about Charlie’s last moments as he was by his side when he got shot, and rode with him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on September 10th.
- Erika Kirk: Charlie’s bride and the mother of his two children. She gave a powerful testimony and speech that will echo throughout the ages to come. She encouraged those who came to faith through this tragedy, and admonished veteran Christians to water the seeds that were planted through the death of her husband.

The Revival That is Brewing
No one will ever know the countless individuals who have embraced the truth, switched party lines, and most importantly—given their lives to Jesus Christ because of this moment. While we may not grasp the full extent of this impact, only the Lord knows the wonderful transformations taking place. However, one thing is clear: we have the incredible opportunity to disciple these new brothers and sisters in Christ, nourishing their eager souls with the Word of God and guiding them on the joyful path of living righteous lives to follow Christ Jesus daily.
Just imagine the incredible impact of over eight hours of broadcasting on national, local, and streaming services that joyfully proclaimed the gospel and testimony of Jesus Christ! Our heartfelt prayer is that millions have tuned in, hear the transformative message of the gospel, and willingly embrace Christ in their lives. So, unless you have been living under a rock or in the farmland of Amish country, undoubtedly you have heard of Charlie Kirk and his unwavering passionate faith in Jesus Christ and sharing His gospel. There has never been a moment like this in our lifetime; and we wonder if there ever will be again.
Here are five simple things you can do to start the conversaton:
- Start an honest conversation: Use this moment as a bridge. Ask people how they are processing the recent events. Many are feeling unsettled or searching for answers. You can be a part of the equation by gently steering the conversation towards faith and hope in Christ.
- Share your testimony: Your personal story how Jesus changed your life is powerful. It doesn’t have to be long-winded or perfect. Just speak honestly about what Christ has done for you, and how you are living for Him.
- Invite someone to church or a Bible study: Church and Bible studies are made for the body of Christ, not unbelievers. But sometimes the simplest invitation can change a life. Just inviting someone to a gathering where they can hear the truth and learn what the Bible says.
- Use social media to provoke questions: Social media can be evil if used for evil intentions and spreading hate. Be different. Post a verse, share a video, or write a few words about hope, eternity, or forgiveness. In the digital age, we never know who’s scrolling in silence ready to listen.
- Pray and act intentionally: In order to follow Jesus, we litteraly need to take steps, one foot in front of the other. Pray, and ask God to show you someone who needs the gospel—then reach out to them. Take them for coffee. Give them a Bible. Sharing the gospel starts with simple steps of obedience.
In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, we are faced with a sobering reminder that time is short and the world is in desperate need of truth. This moment in history is not one to be observed from the sidelines. We have been placed here—by no accident—for such a time as this. Now is not the time for silence or complacency. Now is the time to boldly preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to a world starved for hope, purpose, and redemption. Eternity is on everyone’s minds right now because of a 31 year-old who took half his life to proclaim the good news to students on college campuses throughout the United States. Like Charlie Kirk, let us not waste this moment. Let us carry the torch of the truth of God’s Word with clarity and courage, declaring the only message that saves.
So, what are YOU going to do about it?

Amen!
I have never heard the gospel proclaimed so clearly and so many times on national TV. PTL! Jesus is on the throne!
