As Christmas looms upon us, many of our ladies need gift ideas for us men because (1) we don’t tell them what we want, (2) we have no idea what we want. For the most part, men don’t think about themselves, often selflessly thinking of their family or other people. Case in point: it’s my birthday today and I have absolutely no plans of my own for myself, nothing I need or want, and just use the day like any other day. Of course, every man is different, but I wanted to give a wide variety of things most guys would like.
In my first article, Inexpensive Gifts for Men, the ideas were to spark other ideas for the ladies. Maybe your man couldn’t use chopsticks to save his soul, but then again, the color scheme is really nice, and something wood and handheld might be a thing. Maybe your man hates baseball and the Ballpark Bucket List Journal wouldn’t be worthwhile. What kind of another journal would he like? Maybe something else to remember or a series of trips for the future. Just spit-balling a few out there. But the following products will be more fine-tuned to the actual product itself.
Elemental Pens
Of all the things I have seen, that really makes my eyes pop, nothing is like a pen from Elemental Pens. Founder and creator, Matthew Levien is an absolute genius when it comes to his designs. I have been to his shop in Carlisle, IA and it is impressive. He has a wide variety of really nice hand-picked wood to make his pens. Each pen is uniquely designed and created by his hands with special touch and care. He has click pens, closed end pens, pencils, and pens of all different sizes like mini pens for the elegant look and feel.

But the really cool part is that where most creators buy acrylics to make colorful pens, he pours his own! Therefore each acrylic pen he makes is even more unique. He has a wide variety of colors and one for everyone in the entire family: men, women, boys, and girls.
But, maybe you’re not into pens. He also carries an array of handmade darts, rings, wine stoppers, aromatherapy diffusers, sewing tools, crochet needles, and items for the golfer. There is literally nothing this man can’t create; he is a true artisan. If you want something to really wow your man — get him an Elemental Pen: The One to Hold On To. Also check out Matthew’s Facebook page as well.
Vintage Watch Repair
I have watches that my grandfather and father owned that do not work anymore. Even a few of my own. Nothing was ever like those really nice Timex wind-up watches. As a young boy I sat on my grandfather’s lap, stared at his watch, and put it up to my ear and heard the ticking of every second. Now as I hold it in my hand, I just run my fingers over it, and wish that it would tick again, bringing back so many good memories.

To every man, a vintage timepiece is a reminder of quality, excellence, and manliness. A time when men wore suits to baseball games, fedoras, and came home from work to kids greeting them at the door with the smell of apple pie in the air. When news was brought to the front door every morning by a boy wanting to make a few bucks.
No doubt your man has a watch or two like this in his drawer desiring to live again. Maybe check out a company like Watch Repairs USA, that specializes in restoring the excellence of a vintage watch. There are many to choose from, and you may even be able to find a local jeweler that can do the same thing at a cost-effective price.
The Art of Manliness
One of my top five websites, blogs, and podcasts of all time is — The Art of Manliness. Created by Brett McKay in 2008 during his second year of Law School, The Art of Manliness (AoM) took off like a rocket and turned into something he never expected — making it his full-time career. The Art of Manliness is a one-stop resource for actionable advice that covers every aspect of a manās life: character, career, relationships, fitness, style, skills, and much more. Through weekly podcasts and articles, AoM tackles subjects from the philosophical and serious to the practical and fun. AoM differentiates itself from other menās lifestyle media outlets in providing content that is intelligent, thoughtful, thorough, eminently useful, and clickbait-free.
They have many gift ideas for Christmas, Father’s Day, and so on that would impress any man. Here are some ideas from past years:

Can’t Choose Just One?
Maybe you look through these past two articles and want to give him many different things and don’t know how to present them all at once. Maybe you want to give him a knife, cool flashlight, first-aid kit, make him a few Altoids Kits, and just don’t know how to present it. Consider using an ammo box, which you can find at most sporting goods / gun seller stores.
Well, I hope this helps you ladies out there not fret what to get your man for Christmas or any other holiday. We really are simple creatures. Do you know what every man wants? It doesn’t matter if he is rich or poor, lives on a yacht or in the deepest part of the African jungle. Every man really wants three things:
Love. Respect. Peace in his home.
They are the most precious gifts of all.

I really liked the cards in the previous article. I could not find a link. Could you give it to me?
Shalom.

Sorry, Michael. I didn’t have a site for the cards in the picture. I just got the picture from Google as an idea. There’s many companies to choose from to get contact cards depending on what you’re looking for.
